Bishop Mulisa James
Bishop Mulisa James is the founder of Revival Palace Community Church and is currently the senior pastor of the Gisozi campus.
God has truly blessed Bishop Mulisa James and Revival Palace Community Church as we have witnessed various testimonies from all sorts of people from all over the world, testifying on God’s goodness, faithfulness and deliverance through this ministry.

Dr. Ian Tumusime
Dr. Ian Tumusime is the African Director for A Light to the Nations. He also is President and founder for ALN Africa Ministries and the founding Senior Pastor for Revival Palace Community Church, Nyamata, Bugesera in Rwanda. He co-founded Africa Revival Palace Ministries based in Kigali, Rwanda.
He is happily married to Janet Batamuliza and has six awesome children; two girls and four boys!
Having grown through various hardships and a life that denied him access to many privileges, Pastor Ian has grown to have a heart for the needy; desiring to see them break out from under the yoke of poverty and scarcity.
